down through the dirt they come in contact with that is a bit less
lethal, they then can stay alive long enough to carry it on to the
colony.
The chemical is then transferred through feeding and grooming.

will get transferred to the rest of the colony thereby destroying all
those termites back at the nest. On the other hand, all the termites
that continued closer to the treatment area will get a more lethal dose
and die much quicker. But what about those termites not outside? You
will find many termites that live directly in your home and that do not
go out into the ground. This is why Termidor has an a second product
that is a dusting for termites. But the main reason why you would have
termites trapped in your home is if you have used a previous repellant
type chemical. So not only did the chemical not keep them out but it
forces those that made it through the front lines to only eat the wood
